新概念雙語：學(xué)者稱幾個(gè)低收入男性應(yīng)該合娶老婆

As the population imbalance in China between men and women has become intensive， Xie Zuoshi， a professor with the School of Economics and International Trade at Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics， said in his blog that the problem can be solved by allowing polyandry.

對(duì)于國內(nèi)男女比例越來越不均衡，浙江大學(xué)(微博)國際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易學(xué)院的謝作詩在他的博客中說道這個(gè)問題可以通過允許一妻多夫制解決。

This view is presented in an article written by Xie， “No Need to Worry about 30 Million Single Men”， which is under severe criticism as many consider it violating moral standard.

這個(gè)觀點(diǎn)出自謝作詩的文章《三千萬光棍是杞人憂天》，受到了嚴(yán)重批評(píng)，很多人稱其破壞了道德準(zhǔn)則。

According to the National Bureau of Statistics， due to a severe gender imbalance， China will have more than 30 million men who cannot find wives. Sociology experts worry that this will turn into a severe social problem for the country.

根據(jù)國家統(tǒng)計(jì)局?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)顯示，由于嚴(yán)重的男女比例失調(diào)，中國將有超過三千萬男性找不到配偶。社會(huì)學(xué)老師擔(dān)心這將變成一個(gè)嚴(yán)重的社會(huì)問題。

Xie Zuoshi wrote that he does not think the imbalance will develop into a severe social problem because analyzed by economic theories， the 30 million single men problem can be viewed as a problem of high-income versus low income and several low-income earners can share a wife.

謝教授并不認(rèn)為這種比例失衡會(huì)造成嚴(yán)重社會(huì)問題，因?yàn)檫@三千萬男性可以看作是一種高收入男性VS低收入男性，而低收入者可以幾個(gè)人有一個(gè)妻子。

“Males with high-income will get married easier because they can afford a wife. For low-incomers， one solution is to allow polyandry，” he wrote. “In fact， in some rural areas in China， there are situations in which brothers of a family share one wife and they also live happily together.

他說：“高收入男性更容易結(jié)婚，因?yàn)樗麄兏莛B(yǎng)得起自己的妻子。對(duì)于低收入者，一個(gè)解決方法是允許一妻多夫。實(shí)際上在很多中國農(nóng)村地區(qū)，一家?guī)仔值芘湟粋€(gè)妻子的現(xiàn)象的確存在，而且他們生活很幸福。”

He said that if polyandry is legalized， it would be a perfect solution to solve the 30 million single men’s sexual needs， which he believed will be the most important factor in igniting social unrest.

他說這三千萬男性的生理需求將是引起社會(huì)不安的重要因素，而一夫多妻可以解決這一問題。

In addition， Xie Zuoshi wrote that with better economic development， more women from Africa and Southeast Asia will be attracted to marry Chinese men and allowing gay marriage will also relieve the problem.

除此以外，謝教授還寫道，隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，更多的來自非洲和東南亞的女性會(huì)愿意嫁到中國，允許同性婚姻也會(huì)緩解這一問題。

While putting forward solutions， he also said that the abuse of estrogen in food might reduce sexual needs and capabilities of men in China.

除了推薦解決方法外，他還稱食物中濫用雌性激素可能會(huì)減少中國男性的生理需求和性能力。
